As providers of logistic solutions, we understand that these should meet to the needs of our customers. To achieve this we support team work, seek alliances with our suppliers and permanently improve our processes.
History
Founded in June 1982, TAMER S.A. started its comercial activities as Container Operator, Maritime provider and representative of renamed Container Leasing Companies.
We maintained those activities until 1988 when we started with our actual container terminal, being pioneers in the achievement of authorisation to operate outside the Port in Uruguay, and then, in 1989 we were the first to obtain a Container Terminal and Bonded Warehouse in our extra-portuary location.
In 1992 with the port privatisation (Law 16.246) we obtained our certification as Container and Port Operators which we maintain until nowadays with our license to operate as a terminal.
As from 2001 we moved our offices inside the Puerto Libre of Montevideo and continue with our activities inside the Port working as a HUB from Uruguay to the region and the World.
